When you dine at Nakato, you will not only enjoy a delicious meal, but you will delight in the skills of the expert chefs as they light up the hibachi grill creating cuisine tableside. Tender filet mignon, juicy New York strip steaks or flavorful chicken will be transformed into beautifully prepared dishes as you watch. For seafood lovers, jumbo shrimp, plump scallops, rich salmon and red snapper will be seared to perfection. If you prefer a vegetarian option, fresh vegetables will be sliced, diced, and grilled, and tofu can be added to the mix to add a protein punch.

This traditional style of meal preparation is known as teppan yaki. Teppan refers to the metal plate on which the meal is cooked, and yaki means grilled, broiled, or pan-fried. It can take years for chefs to master the art of preparing food to perfection with dexterity and flair in this style of cooking.

Young diners will delight in the entertainment of the fiery preparations, and they have their own menu as well. They can choose from Teriyaki chicken, hibachi shrimp, hibachi steak, and filet mignon in kid-sized portions.

All entrees are served with onion soup, salad with ginger dressing, shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables, noodles, and steamed rice. You will not leave hungry!

Choose From a Wide Variety of Fresh Sushi and Sashimi Offerings

Sushi lovers will delight in choosing from over 30 options available to fit any craving. If you enjoy your rolls spicy, the Double Spicy, Firecracker and Hot Lava rolls pack a punch! The Double Spicy features spicy tuna and cream cheese lightly battered and fried and topped with spicy aioli, sriracha and scallion. The Firecracker Roll combines spicy tuna, avocado and shiso mint topped with sriracha and eel sauce. Hot Lava is a wonderful mixture of California roll topped with flamed scallop, spicy aioli, eel sauce and wasabi flying fish roe.

If you prefer a milder flavor you can sample the Futomaki Big Roll which is filled with crab stick, cucumber, omelet, smelt roe, ginger, and sweet squash. The Bobcat is a delicious option for those who want their seafood cooked. Crab stick and cucumber are topped with boiled shrimp, avocado, fried crispies and sweet chili sauce. Vegetarian options include The Vegetable and Cucumber rolls. The Vegetable is full of cucumber, lettuce, asparagus, avocado, carrot and sesame seeds. The Cucumber is a simple and fresh combination of cucumber and sesame seeds.

If your party would like to sample a variety of different flavors before ordering a full meal, or if you just want a lighter option, you can order a tray of sashimi and rolls in different combinations. Tempura and Crispy Fried Delights

Many fried offerings are available for those craving something crispy and delicious, whether it be seafood, chicken, vegetables or tofu. The Shrimp Tempura combines shrimp and fresh mixed vegetables, Gyoza are pork dumplings fried to perfection, and Chicken Karaage is a boneless fried chicken marinated with a flavorful ginger and soy sauce.

For those who prefer vegetarian offerings, The Vegetable Tempura mixes a variety of lightly fried vegetables and mushrooms, and the Agedashi Tofu is fried tofu topped with a unique bonito flakes and grated ginger sauce.
